Bespoke Goods

• Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalized and/or tailored to your specifications.

• Once an order has been placed, we will see this as accepting our terms and conditions.

• Any changes you make to your bespoke piece after the specifications have been confirmed by the recipient may incur a charge.

• No major changes can be made once you have confirmed the design and your order cannot be cancelled. Any changes made to an order after acceptance of specifications may incur a charge. No refunds will be given on any bespoke piece.

• We cannot take responsibility for customer generated mistakes, (errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.

• Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error.

• Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail memory_gifts@hotmail.co.uk who will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods

CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATIONS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellations & Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to: Goods made to the customers’ specification or clearly personalized.

You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods. Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling the goods by you.
